The South Texas Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc awarded the Rooms To Go Showroom in San Antonio, Texas with the Excellence in Construction Award.  The award recognizes the work of CASCO, Seaman Development Corporation, and Middleman Construction Co.  LLC.

This is Rooms To Go's first store in San Antonio with 39,691 square feet of sales floor and office area. The exterior construction is split-face masonry with a 20-foot plaster columns adorning the entrances. A "high end" architectural atmosphere is created in the interior by using a unique combinations of drywall, stone, copper accents, masonry partitions and exposed ceiling structural elements to highlight the individual room display vignettes.
